Scope and Overview

The IEEE International Conference on Recent Advances in Systems Science and Engineering 2025 (RASSE 2025) will host a forum for PhD students, Master’s students, and other early-career researchers to highlight their dissertations. The forum brings a great opportunity for PhD students, Master’s students, early-career researchers, and new PhDs to a broad audience in the system science and engineering community from both industry and academia. Participants with interdisciplinary work are particularly welcome.

Eligibility

  • Individuals who have finished their PhD theses within the last 12 months

  • Current PhD Students

  • Master's Students

  • Early-Career Researchers

Submission Guidelines

Each PhD proposal must include the following information: 

  1. Full contact information including affiliation and email

  2. A 2-page paper describing the novelties and advantages of the thesis work and preliminary results in the IEEE 2-column format

  3. Research ideas presented in a paper and a substantial part of a PhD dissertation

  4. For your convenience, the Style Manual and Conference Paper Templates from IEEE in various formats are linked here. Please refer to both of these when preparing your P.h.D Industry Forum.

All submissions will be single-blind reviewed and submitted electronically through the online submission portal
