A subsidiary of the National Library Board, it consists of twin 16-storey blocks, linked by bridges on the upper floors, with three underground basements located on an 11,304-square-metre prime location in Victoria Street within the Downtown Core.

Arriving in Singapore

Getting to the Venue

The event will be held at the National Library / Lee Kong Chian Reference Library, 100 Victoria Street, Singapore 188064, located in the Bugis district. The library is a short walk from Bugis MRT Station, an interchange for the East-West Line (EWL, Green Line) and Downtown Line (DTL, Blue Line). It is easily accessible by car, taxi, and public transportation.

By Taxi/Rideshare:

  • From Changi Airport (SIN): The National Library is approximately a 20-minute drive from the airport.

  • Taxis are readily available at designated airport taxi stands.

  • Rideshare services offer a convenient alternative.

By MRT (Mass Rapid Transit):

  • From Changi Airport MRT Station (CG2), take the East-West Line (Green Line) towards Tuas Link.

  • Alight at Bugis MRT Station (EW12/DT14) From there, it is a 5-minute walk to the National Library. Simply follow station exit signs towards Victoria Street / National Library.
